The Dutch Ministry of Healthcare Welfare & Sports and the Ministry of Finance have contracted EIM (http://www.eim.nl/) to conduct an international study on youth policy. Aim of the study is to make an international comparison and eventually draw lessons for the Dutch situation. The following countries are to be included: Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
The research must focus on the youth policy a far as it concerns the care for youth with problems while growing up, as well as the care for parents who experience difficulties in raising their children. The comprehensive overview will be on: policy and institution, finance and evaluation. Univation works as a subcontractor on the German county study.
